The 2026 Kawasaki Z1100 launch date for India has now been confirmed, bringing advanced performance, a bigger engine, and modern tech to the premium motorcycle segment.
The 2026 Kawasaki Z1100 price in India starts at ₹12.79 lakh (ex-showroom), making it the brand’s new flagship naked motorcycle and a successor to the Z1000. With this launch, Kawasaki aims to strengthen its position in the high-performance market.
2026 Kawasaki Z1100 Design
The 2026 Kawasaki Z1100 design follows Kawasaki’s iconic Sugomi styling. It gets a muscular fuel tank, sharper body lines, new LED headlamps, and a compact tail section. The Z1100 is offered in Ebony / Metallic Carbon Gray, while the SE variant comes in Metallic Matte Grafensteel Gray / Metallic Matte Carbon Gray. The SE model features premium detailing and lighter alloy components.
2026 Kawasaki Z1100 Engine
The biggest upgrade comes in the 2026 Kawasaki Z1100 engine. The bike is powered by a 1,099cc inline-four, liquid-cooled motor, delivering 134–136 PS of power and 113 Nm torque. The engine is tuned for strong low- and mid-range performance and is paired with a 6-speed gearbox, slip-and-assist clutch, and a bi-directional quickshifter.
2026 Kawasaki Z1100 Suspension & Braking Setup
The 2026 Z1100 is built on an aluminium twin-tube frame. It features fully adjustable 41mm Showa USD forks and a monoshock rear setup. The Z1100 SE gets upgraded Öhlins S46 rear monoshock with remote preload adjuster. Braking is handled by 310mm dual front discs and Tokico radial calipers, while the SE variant includes Brembo M4.32 calipers with steel-braided lines.

On the features front, Kawasaki includes a 5-inch TFT display with Bluetooth, navigation support, call/message alerts, and Rideology app compatibility. Rider aids include IMU-based cornering management, traction control, dual-channel ABS, multiple power modes, cruise control, and quickshifter support—making it one of the most tech-loaded bikes in its segment.

While Kawasaki has not released official numbers yet, the 2026 Kawasaki Z1100 mileage is expected to be around 14–16 km/l, similar to the previous Z1000, given the larger engine and performance tuning.
